Marketing and promotion: Managers develop and oversee marketing strategies, promote the artist, build their fanbase, and manage their social media presence.
Logistical management: We handle the practical side of an artist's career, including scheduling and coordinating tours, recording sessions, and other performances.
Financial oversight: We often manage the artist's income and expenses, provide budgets, and may work with accountants and lawyers.
Advocacy: Managers act as the artist's advocate, representing their interests to other professionals and sometimes mediating conflicts.
